Leadership and Supervision
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for leaders in Mining, Quarrying and Heavy Industry.
We have all heard of how critical effective leadership is to organisational success. We may have discussed the importance of leadership in motivating our teams, improving morale, resolving conflict and solving problems.
But, what does it really mean to be an effective leader? And once you know; how do you apply that knowledge in operational settings? How do you lead through adversity? How do you know if your leadership is effective? What do you do if it's not?
This CPD course will explore these questions and more; providing information and insights into:
- Leadership and Supervision principles and practice
- Leadership to achieve specific outcomes; e.g. improved safety outcomes, team engagement, conflict resolution or productivity gains
- The application of those principles and practices in daily operational settings, including case study analysis
